Are you a licensed or pre-licensed clinician passionate about guiding individuals toward emotional health and resilience? Do you thrive in a warm, supportive environment where nature-inspired tranquility meets creative play therapy? If so, we’d love to have you on our boutique counseling team!

We’re seeking a compassionate, dynamic therapist to provide expert care for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer hourly pay, PTO and benefit options for our full time staff (25+ client sessions/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead transformative therapy sessions for individuals, families, and children.
  • Empower clients to develop coping skills, emotional balance, and resilience.
  • Be available for evening and/or weekend sessions (minimum two evenings per week).
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment where your voice and skills are valued.

What We’re Looking For

  • A fully licensed or pre-licensed professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LPC-A).
  • A genuine passion for helping children, families, and individuals navigate life’s challenges.
  • A commitment to professional growth in a supportive, team-focused setting.

Are you a student looking for an internship placement?

We offer on-site learning opportunities.
